Fredrik Strömberg
Fredrik Strömberg is a journalist and an author working with comics since the early 1990s.
He is the President of the Swedish Comics Association (www.serieframjandet.se)
Among the books he has written are:
,- Black Images in the Comics – A Visual History,
- The Comics Go to Hell – A Visual History of the Devil in Comics and Swedish Comics History
Strömberg is also on the International Editorial Board for the International Journal of Comic Art, and the head of the Comics Art School of Malmo.
Yokaj Studio
Yokaj Studio was founded in April 2004 and has since them grown to be Sweden's most successful manga
studio. With awarded comics (both internationally and nationally), honorable mentions,
published works and international clients, the artists of the studio are some of Sweden's
most established in the field!
However, Yokaj Studio is not only about manga.
Their game Sumo was awarded "Best game concept" in the Swedish Game Awards.
To put it simply, the artists are a creative and versatile group always looking for new challenges.
